Home ownership pays off
As an expat, buying your own home in the Netherlands can be even cheaper than renting!
Usually, expats pay expensive rent and are unaware of the advantages of buying a home. However, those who "take the plunge," often find that the monthly mortgage payment is lower than the rent they used to pay. Moreover, due to the fact that the housing market is quite "friendly" at the moment, buyers have more choices on where to live.
To bridge the information gap, Expat Mortgages, Mie-Lan Kok Estate Agency, Koppel Tax Consultants and Buma/Algera Civil Law notaries are organising a seminar on buying a house especially for expats. Each of the four speakers will talk for 15 minutes (in English), leaving plenty of time for questions.
Note that even though this is a free event, the number of attendees is limited to 40. To register, please visit www.expathousingseminar.nl.
